Welcome to the SMASH CRM App!
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CRM App (the “App”) and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). The App is a customer relationship management (CRM) software application that helps businesses track and manage their customer interactions.

Limitation of Liability

Termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your use of the App and Services.
